First Class
Starting classes again is a little scary because you don't really know who your teacher is nor if the students are nice and cool. The first Tuesday, I could not find where the class was which made me miss it. However, in my first class of Digital Media, I actually learned a lot. In the first class, there were topics that I really never talked about or was ever taught. The videos and the explanations that were presented in class made it so much easier to understand which for me at least makes it more enjoyable to learn.
My name is Bexhet Shehu but I go by Jon. I am originally from a little country in eastern Europe called Albania. I was born there and basically grew up there. At age 10, I moved with my dad to America, specifically Clearwater. Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area have been my home ever since. I do visit Albania almost every summer which brings unbelievable joy to my heart. The memories that I made and make will be with me forever. It was in Albania where one of my biggest hobbies started. At a very young age, I was introduced to soccer and have played ever since. In my senior year of high school, we were able to win the state championship. After years of trying to win it and also a loss the previous year, we finally did it and there was no better feeling. Years of work with a group of friends finally paid off the final year.
There are not a lot of things that I expect from this class but I do expect some things from myself. The first time is that I show up to class and don't get lazy. In my opinion, the way to achieve success in classes is showing up and paying attention for that hour or two that we have, In the past, every time I missed classes, I would feel so behind. Something that I do expect from this class are valuable lesson that will help me in my future.
